The production process of color corrugated board

First of all, raw material preparation. The main raw material of color steel tile is color coated steel plate, which has a layer of polyester coating. First cut the color coated steel plate to the required size for subsequent production.

The cut steel plate is sent to the color steel tile forming machine, and after rolling and bending processes, the flat steel plate is formed into a wave shape tile.
