The adjustable steel support is made of Q235 steel, which has strong hardness, large bearing capacity, longer service life, more convenient construction and disassembly. Compared with traditional wood support, it is more environmentally friendly, and the construction space is large, which is conducive to the transportation of site materials.  

Most parts of the adjustable steel support are made of cost-effective Q235 steel pipe processing, which can support the industry testing standard bearing. The thread processing is cold rolled, the adjustment nut is made of ball grinding cast iron, with strong toughness. The fixed round hole of the bottom plate is punched by punching machine, and the welding of the bottom plate cylinder and pipe is welded by dioxygen protection welding machine. 

Product advantages

1, reasonable force, high bearing capacity, can effectively reduce the number of support rods, reduce construction costs, support rods are not subject to fixed plane size constraints. It has strong versatility and can adapt to cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor formwork with different layers and thicknesses. It can stand on its own without horizontal connection and has good stability.

2, under the same mold area conditions, the adjustable steel support than the bowl buckle scaffold, steel pipe scaffold consumption is less, only 30% of the bowl buckle scaffold, 20% of the steel pipe buckle scaffold, so the vertical transport of the tower is less, can shorten the construction period of about 50%, improve work efficiency.

3, the mold site, the use of light adjustable steel support, the amount is relatively small, the operation space is large, personnel traffic, material handling smooth, the site is easy to manage.

4. After the removal of the formwork, steel support, and primary and secondary beams, they can be concentrated on the unloading platform and transported vertically by the tower crane, or reversed by the workers from the stairs, which is less subject to mechanical constraints and has certain flexibility.
