Product Introduction

Since the 1930s, with the rapid development of high-quality strip continuous rolling production and the advancement of welding and inspection technology, the quality of welds has been continuously improved, and the variety specifications of welded steel pipes have been increasing, and they have replaced seamless steel pipes in more and more fields. Welded steel pipe is divided into straight seam welded pipe and spiral welded pipe according to the form of weld. Classification by production method: Process classification - arc welded pipe, resistance welded pipe, (high frequency, low frequency) gas welded pipe, furnace welded pipe.

Small diameter welded pipe adopts straight seam welding, large diameter welded pipe adopts spiral welding. According to the shape of the end of the steel pipe, it is divided into circular welded pipe and special-shaped (square, rectangular, etc.) welded pipe; According to different materials and uses, it is divided into welding steel pipes for mining fluid transportation, galvanized welded steel pipes for low pressure fluid transportation, and electric welded steel pipes for belt conveyor rollers. According to the specification and size table in the current national standard, the external diameter * wall thickness is sorted from small to large.

Production Process

The production process of straight welded pipe is simple, the production efficiency is high, the cost is low, and the development is fast. The strength of spiral welded pipe is generally higher than that of straight welded pipe, and welded pipe with larger diameter can be produced with narrower billet, and welded pipe with different diameter can also be produced with billet of the same width. However, compared with the straight seam pipe of the same length, the weld length is increased by 30 to 100%, and the production speed is lower.

The welded pipe with large diameter or thicker is generally made directly of steel billet, while the small welded pipe thin-walled welded pipe only needs to be directly welded through the steel strip. Then it is simply polished and brushed.

Products are widely used in tap water engineering, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, power industry, agricultural irrigation, urban construction, is one of the 20 key products developed in China.

For liquid transport: water supply, drainage. For gas transport: gas, steam, liquefied petroleum gas.

For structure: for piling pipe, as a bridge; Pier, road, building structure pipe, etc.

Hot rolled pipe has a wide range of applications and many advantages. It plays an important role in fields such as oil and gas transmission, structural engineering, machining, petrochemical industry and energy industry. Its advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, good processing properties, cost-effective and sustainable development make it a material for various industries.

With the continuous progress of science and technology, our company has been committed to technological innovation and make greater contributions to the development of human society

Product Delivery Time

As for the delivery time, it can be controlled by the customer.

Because we are a physical factory and cooperate with many large steel mills in China, the time error can be controlled within about 3 days, and we provide free warehousing service
