Product Description

2-inch GI pipe is a galvanized steel pipe that has good corrosion resistance and durability due to its zinc coating. 2-inch GI pipe can also be called 2-inch galvanized iron pipe because GI stands for “galvanized iron.

The diameter of 2-inch GI pipe is 2 inches, which equals about 50.8 mm. It is commonly used in industry, construction and hydraulic engineering as a pipeline for transporting liquids or gases. It can also be used to make hand tractors, scaffolding, window and door frames, etc.

The wall thickness of 2-inch GI pipe can vary according to the specific use scenario, commonly 2.0 mm, 2.3 mm, 2.6 mm, etc. If higher strength and corrosion resistance is required, you can choose thick-walled 2-inch GI pipe or use a different type of material, such as stainless steel pipe.

It is important to note that GI tubes may have some defects, such as weld seams, internal kink, etc. Therefore, when selecting and using 2-inch GI pipe, care needs to be taken to check the quality and integrity of the pipe to ensure safe and reliable use.

With Our Unique Passivation Solution Formula

When the product is still in the galvanized strip period, the adhesion of the galvanized layer on the surface is ensured, so that the service life of our products exceeds the ordinary pre-galvanized pipe for five years

Suitable For Most Architectural Scenarios

Because the price of pre-galvanized pipe is cheaper than that of hot-dip galvanized pipe, and it has the same anti-rust function, you can see it in the vast majority of construction sites, or agricultural greenhouses.
